This past weekend, the New American Legion Bridge I-270 Traffic Relief Plan team came out to the 9th Annual Rockville Arts Festival to educate Maryland citizens on the benefits of replacing the American Legion Bridge and the options and opportunities HOT lanes will bring all travelers throughout the region.
