The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is advising all potential offerors of the intent to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Programmatic General Engineering Consultant Services (GEC) for the I-495 & I-270 Public-Private Partnership (P3) Program.
